A full security lock upgrade across this customers property to front and rear doors, making it much more difficult for intruders to break in and giving the customer that sense of protection on their home.

This customer needed the code changing on their push button lock. We stripped it down to get to the digits and changed the code.

Door locked shut and unable to open, gained access using non-destructive methods and identified faulty gearbox. New gearbox supplied and fitted and all working well.

Customer had faulty window handles and couldn’t open the window. We picked the locks and opened the windows, replacing the two handles. Non-locking handle was installed to give the property an emergency fire exit point.

We installed a push lock on the bottom of the sliding door as well as installing two sash jammers to either side of the door which would prevent the door opening.

We gained entry to identify that the gear box and mechanism hooks had failed. The door mechanism was obsolete, we dealt with the issue and installed a new cylinder lock for the customer.

Door was locked and unable to open, the keys would part turn but wouldn’t engage the latch. Gained entry and discovered a faulty gearbox. New gearbox installed and all was in good working order.

We undertook a full door and window service for this customer. We got this window open to discover that there was a leak on the inside of the window which had corroded the keeps and mechanism. A good clean round the window to remove the built up rust.
